Founder
With 18 years of nursing experience, Amber Grassman is a skilled Injector and the proud owner of Sheer Complexions, LLC. A compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner, Amber combines expertise in aesthetic treatments with a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence.
As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, Amber is certified in Botox and dermal fillers, creating customized treatment plans that cater to each individual’s unique goals. With a strong background in management, team leadership, and entrepreneurship, Amber brings a wealth of experience to both the clinical and business aspects of the medspa.
Additionally, as an Adult Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Amber has a deep understanding of the medical needs and concerns of individuals across the lifespan, which enhances the approach to safe, effective, and holistic care. Building rapport with clients is at the core of Amber’s practice, fostering a supportive, empowering environment where clients feel confident and cared for in their aesthetic journey.
Dr. Brady Steineck
Medical Director
Dr. Brady Steineck is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is the owner and medical director of Adela Medical Spa in Canton, Ohio. He also practices family medicine full time and serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Community Health Care, Inc. He graduated from Northeast Ohio Medical University and completed his family practice residency at Aultman Health Foundation. He also earned an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Management from Walsh University. As a Stark County native, Dr. Steineck loves practicing medicine in his hometown area, and enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with his wife Tiffany and their five children.
